Shipping Policy


All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (-5GMT).


We currently use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

In special circumstances, additional carriers may be contracted, but this is based on a need or quantity basis.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Shipping Issues

If you order a product and it arrives damaged or defective, we will send one free replacement shipment to you. We may ask you via email to provide photographic evidence of the damaged product before we send you a replacement. Please note that any international orders that are returned due to unpaid or refused customs fees will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
